4-steps to transition into a postpartum fitness program

The recovering perfectionist, extremist, yo-yo-queen, in me wants to tell you a secret that you PROBABLY already know in your heart: The question has NEVER been "will x, y or z work." I mean... the reality is that any pill, wrap, chemical powder, extreme diet or crazy workout program WILL work. For a little while. But what I know is that most of us don't have the time, energy or emotional resilience to ride that roller coaster anymore. We deserve so•much•better.
