I help women break free from the downward spiral of stress, struggle and self-criticism so they can become fully aligned and free to be, do and have anything their heart desires.

My mission is to empower you to transform into the person you desire to become.

It all begins with the fiercely compassionate decision to take care of yourself like you care for your loved ones.

You’ll find all kinds of simple yet powerful workouts, yoga classes, delicious recipes, simple self-care moments, and mindful living hacks.

It’s my intention to demystify the mind-body connection by bringing in the heart so that you may feel more energy, compassion, awareness and balance in your daily life.

Each week I schedule time for (free) Break Free Calls, which allow me to give you guidance about how to make the shifts that you want.

Lasting shifts don’t happen when we tend to the symptoms rather than the root.

During our 45 minutes together, you and I will get to the root of why you’ve reached this frustrated place and how to break free. For good.

Know this: I won’t guilt you into “changing your diet”, but I will give you a map unlike anything you’ve tried before.

The truth is:
Self-care isn’t all massages, bubble baths and pedicures. Heck, I’m happy if I shower every 48 hours.
